Refund policy

ALL items are made to order. ALL sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. If there is an error with the order, please contact us within 3 days of deliver so we can fix it. Delivery date is based off tracking provided by USPS. 

It is your responsibility to verify that your shipping address is correct. If the order is shipped to the wrong address, you are responsible to pay additional shipping to have it shipped to the correct address once it is returned to us. We will not issue a refund due to your error.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
